Comments:
The ARRL contest robot confirmation number is 4320490.arrl-dx-cw; however, my
2/20/2105 1825z QSO was rejected by the robot in that it does not recognize
'18078' as a valid HF contest frequency. The LoTW robot did not have an issue
with the 18 MHz QSO.
