Used this sprint as a test for the passenger side transceiver (144 / 432 MHz) in
the new VHF contesting van and it is working. Best DX was North Carolina station
NG4C FM16 at 427 miles / 687 km for a second consecutive year. Activity was high
again. I was surprised to see that the cold front passing through the area
didn't seem to diminish the propagation.
