OLD HORSE ON THE STREET
Operating at closed-down CR2X station was not a routine affair. Far from it! It
was like bringing dead horse on the street back on its feet. But we did it! See
CR2X SOAB wrap-up by pilot Kim, OH6KZP.
At the good age of seventy (70) things get slow while planning is not in line
with producing. We Old Boys dream of those good days still being here �"
but the age had taken its tool. In a nut-shell �" I was totally
exhausted and keeping my eyes open was just a dream. But it was nice to
observe the action and taste 80M propagation in Azores during the summer;
Hola Mexico, XE1LM and Aloha Hawaii, WH6R.
Thanks Francisco, CU2DX �" your sleeping bag was worth of gold but so was
the hospitality for wandering old contester still at it.
So just follow the party wagon to next stop �" wherever it maybe.
