Comments:
First time with a serious effort. It's harder than it looks! 20 and 40 were
pretty good, the rest of the bands were tough - weak signsls but some good ears
out there. I need to build in a bit more flexibility to change listen on other
bands for new stations. I didn't hear too many multipliers that I missed so I
was just not in the right places at the right times. Spent a couple of hours
tracking down a previous problem on 80m that I didn't start to fix until
contest day. It wasn't the coax, nor the feedpoint on the vertical. Finally
found and temporarily fixed the corroded connection to the radials 30 minutes
before things started.
