was going to use my FT1000MP since this is a low power contest but couldn't
figure out why the keying from n1mm was gibberish, sounded like all dots and no
dashes. wanted to get familiar with it as its new to me. found out Sunday nite
what the problem was. the "keyer" button was "on" which
changes the key jack to a paddle so all I was sending was converted to all
dots, hi. had fun anyway.
