Comments:
Experimenting with remote operation methods between the living room and the
shack. I don't know how the people doing true remote operation manage it. The
latency due to VoIP buffering alone (no Internet delays) was so bad that when I
was S&P, the CQing station was often sending his CQ again before my call was
actually being sent, and when I was CQing, it took so long to send the exchange
that the calling station sometimes started sending his call again first. This
kind of delay might be OK for ragchewing, but it makes contesting very
unpleasant.
