Comments:

This was an experiment. My corporeal from was in Bozeman, Montana, the station
was in KP4-land; I was using one of the "Remote Ham Radio" stations
via a very long cable called "The Internet".

Saturday I had keying issues - who knew you have to put a space at the end of
each message in N1MM+ to get the transceiver to unlatch from transmit other
then sending a "dit" with the paddle.

Sunday was much better - I could run at 30wpm with no problems! At one point
20M turned into the wonder band for an hour. 15M was dandy while it lasted.

I was glad I reserved an hour of off time for late Sunday. An intense
thunderstorm with dumping rain sat over the radio site for quite a while - I
could see it on weather.com. The SWR went up and the rain static was 20
over.Time to stop and take three laps around the block.

All in all a fun experiment.
A special thanks to Rich, KE3Q for the use of his WP3Q call.

73,
Gene, KB7Q aka WP3Q
