Comments:
Similar conditions as during the ssb part. Low sunspot number, the A index
stayed high near 35 almost all weekend, and dropped today, which showed here as
slight conditions improvement near the evening band closure.
3 zones missed, not a sign from 1, heard 31, but not worked, have seen spot of
SU station from zone 34.
Sum of 406 stations from NA and total 18 from JA.
Enjoyed the ctest despite low qso count, thanks for all calls.
