Comments:

K3CCR is the club station at the Collington continuing-care
retirement community at FM 18OW in MD, just east of DC. In the
ARRL 160 N3UM and W3GB operated Multi-1 HP Assisted, each for
~1/2 of our 18.2 hrs BIC.

Propagation and activity were pretty good. N3UM ran at 65/hr
22-00Z, then at 87/hr. 00-02Z; F and 6Y called him.

W3GB then tuned and clicked spots for mults and always-CQing
stations 02-0645Z; got 121 Qs and 15 mults, 4 DX plus our only
Qs in rare PR, SK, and ND sections.

Second night W3GB took the first shift 21-0130Z and got 109 Qs
and 7 mults, 6 DX out to UA and UR plus rare MT. Then in 2 hr.
starting 0209 N3UM was able to run at 59/hr, a surprise so late
in the test. He began clicking spots when rate dropped and
scraped up 61 more Qs in 2.3 hr.  In all he got 10 late mults;
DX FS and G and sects BC, ID, EWA, NNY, MB, and WWA. Got SV
and ORG, CA at last, just before running out of un-worked calls
at 0630.

Together we got 59 US and 10 VE sections and 14 DX countries.
Missed NE, WTX, WY, AK, PAC, NL, and NT, plus 7 of 9 CA sections.
Our score was better than N3UM got as SOHP in 5 of 8 years
2006-2013 with similar gear. Only in the sunspot-min. years
2007-2009 with a weak D layer did he claim better than 122 K.
