FlexRadio 6700 with Maestro
Alpha 9500 into SteppIR DB18E @ 50', DX Engineering Thunderbolt for 80
Activity level seemed ok but conditions weren't the best - very weak opening to
EU from West Coast Sunday am on 20m with watery/weak signals. Multipliers
beyond States/Provinces were a struggle - probably should have got up at o'dark
30 and looked for more countries/mults in Asia but between a good sized storm
and the need for sleep... a casual effort won the day.
Radio performed flawlessly and as many have experienced, I'm now a strong
convert to using multiple decoders - in my case MMTTY and 2Tone. The
difference was compelling and with two monitors, the extra screen real estate
wasn't even noticed.
Thanks for all the Q's!
