Started at 23:45Z. High bands dead dead. Only QSOs there were running the
bands with MD and DC (should have picked on a nearby VA, too; tactical error).
40M not much better.
Lots of new-sounding participants. PJ2/K8ND had a fantastic signal on 160M --
and ears to match.
