Comments:
High bands tough even 20 a struggle here.  Went to 40 early to try and catch the
short skip.  80 and 160 about the best ever for a NAQP.  
Thanks to W9PA, W9KG and K9IG for 6 band moves.  Thanks also to others for
several band moves-OH, IL and KY.
This is the only contest where the rates stay high until the end and that is a
blast and makes it hard to go to sleep afterwards.  
We missed the predicted warnings of a dire ice storm here luckily.
A nice tribute to Tod from the MN operators.
Thanks for all the ops that made time to keep this a great contest also to the
clubs for promoting it.
Probably the most NA activity country wise ever.
