Comments:
Typical winter NAQP here -- lousy high bands and rockin' low bands. Took first
off time during the first hour; never did that before. 75% of off time taken
long before the sun went down. Not many successful moves, and a correspondingly
terribly multiplier count. Thanks to those who tried! Probably more than a few
mid-western stations QRT from the ice storms.
