Rain and fog reduced the usual line noise that has limited my VHF operations.
Thunderstorms, however limited the times I could get on and give out a few
points.
Best DX was N3NGE, FN20, on 144 and 432, about 500 miles. Did lots of CW CQing
on 6 and 2 with very few answers. Was running about 700 watts on 6 and 2, 100
watts on 432 to single yagis on a hilltop in SC near the NC border in EM85.
