Stupid RFI problem suddenly appeared here last week. The radio was fine at 100w
to start on 20m 30min before the start. At the start, I went to call a station
and the radio went keydown. I could only do 40 watts without the radio going
keydown. Bummer. Fortunately, 20m seems to be the only band with this RFI
problem.
Otherwise, Sprint, as usual, was a lot of fun.
Band conditions made it challenging, too. I had to wait on some of the weak,
weak stations calling in to finally catch them on a QSB peak to get their calls
and reports. Fun! Thanks for the persistence, guys!
