Comments:

Well, I am still having problems with sleep schedule. On Friday night, I slept
for only 3.75 hours so I did not perform well at all on Saturday even with a 15
minute nap in the afternoon. I just couldn't concentrate very well so I had to
ask for far more repeats than normal. Also this led to a total crash on
Saturday night where I slept for 9.5 hours which cost at lot of QSOs. But on
Sunday, I was very functional and ran nearly all day at 60 to 100 Qs per hour
with very few repeated calls. So the bottom line is that I need more than 4
hours sleep to be functional. Previous experiments with this leads me to think
that I need 6 hours per night to function.

In any case, it is what it is and I had a great time on Sunday but I hardly
remember Saturday. My 160M antenna was wiped out by a Pocono ice storm over a
week ago and I still can't get back there to repair it. Such is the breaks,
maybe it was a blessing I didn't waste more time on 160M!
