Comments:
Propagation was only fair and the static crashes were deafening at times.
Q's and mults were down from last year. As usual, I struggled to be heard
for the first 4 hours each night, then some signals got real loud and I
was having trouble hearing the weaker callers. Thanks to everyone who
stayed with me.
Had a nice EU run both days, but it only lasted a few minutes at a time.
After working a bunch of eastern Europeans, a good hour went by with
nothing as the gray line swept across most of Europe.
Thanks as always to Andrew and the gang at CARS for the use of the fine
station. Look for ZF1EJ on 630 meters in the coming months using the same
T top vertical I did. N6MJ will CU next week as ZF2MJ in the ARRL SSB.
73, John, K6AM/ZF2AM
