Comments:
Friday night and most of Saturday 20 and 40 were wide open from Eastern Canada.
It was like the olden days. Conditions Saturday night and all day Sunday were
poor. I was happy to work my good friend Leo, OR4F, at OP4K on 40, as well as
the following members of MCC (also my good friends): VA1MM, VE1OP, VE9AA and
CG9ML (VE9ML). CG9ML was my last QSO just as the contest ended. I'm running an
FTDX3000, Ameritron AL-80B, Hustler 6BTV with 40 radials and an RX Flag antenna
pointed to Europe. I moved late last Summer so hopefully my tower and TH11 will
be back up for the Fall 2017 contest season.
