Comments:
Well, the constant thunderstorms won this time! I spend Thursday installing a
new 205ft BOG running 180deg S along my property line to have a permanent
receive antenna as all my winter Beverages are in storage. Worked a treat, but
not many station made it through the static crashes. However, kudos to Herb for
putting out a great signal from KV4FZ and staying with me to get the report
correct for my longest 10 pointer. Also, thanks to WO4O and N3BB for similar 6
point efforts on Sunday morning! Mid west thunder storms as well, so nothing
heard west past K9 land. All S&P as only one receive direction. Still,
nice to dust off the cobwebs for the Summer Stew! Thanks for the Qs.
