Started out SO2R on 40/20, occasionally checking 10/15. Nothing on the higher
bands so went out and detailed the car for a few hours. Came back, same shitty
conditions.
Put some brats and the grill at low temp and come back to op... Get a run going
on 40 and end up burning half my dinner.
I was encouraged when I was tuning around 20 to hear various stations working
SMC members even though I could not hear the SMC member directly. It was a REAL
TREAT to work many SMC members on 80.
I was pissed that we can't get people in a contest club on the air for a set of
contests and was going to either a) destroy or b) sell it all
