First time attempting remote contest operation. Traveling in CA limited to 1
hour of operation at the beginning of the contest. Just a few participation
points for the club. Took about 10 minutes and a couple of Q's to get the
audio working to my liking. Forgot to set up the radio DVK's before leaving
town which would have made the exchanges better. It was interesting working
stations in CA from the remote in NC while sitting and looking at the Pacific
ocean out the window.
