Comments:
This was a strange experience. I decided to go Low Power in this contest, and
everything was going well when all of a sudden the SWR on my 40-meter antenna
jumped off the charts and I was getting about 2 watts out from the transmitter.
I'm feeding it through an external tuner, I switched out the external tuner and
let the tuner in the K3 handle it, and I was back to 100 watts out.
A few minutes later, I had dropped to virtually no output again, I switched the
external tuner back in and was back to normal again. That whole thing happened
twice more in the time before I moved to 20 meters. Really bizarre.
Anyway, thanks to all for the QSOs!
