Comments:
First Sprint in 3 years, and oh my did it show! My apologies to everyone who
had to deal with my fumbling as I tried to knock the rust off. Hope my log
isn't too bad.
20 was horrible, and I almost quit early as a result. Almost all signals were
at or near my high local noise level Happily, 40 and 80 seemed more or less
normal.
100 watts to a Carolina Windom (my new "normal") sure is different
after 20 years with 1200 watts to stacked tribanders, a 40M yagi and a
directive 80 meter array. I won very few jump balls, as you can imagine.
