Comments:
Fabulous conditions so much so that I ran QRP with the Flex 3000 and an Elecraft
KX-2 with a Signalink digital interface. The KX-2's front end struggled under
the onslaught of KW RTTY signals on a busy band but the addition of a TimeWave
DSP-9+ between the KX-2 and Signalink resulted in first-class contest quality
reception. Able to work European stations on 40 meters easily despite heavy QRM
from nearby signals. KX-2 continues to surprise and along with being superb
field radio it's a very good QRP contester as well thanks to the DSP-9+.
