Comments:
Well that was interesting. I decided to try CWT with a 50-year-old Heathkit
HW-16 that I've been working on. Crystal controlled on 7037.7, about 40 W
output. Ran around before the contest finding what I needed to safely hook up a
keyer to this old radio. I was usually hearing several other stations off to the
side in the passband, and that was okay until the band got really crowded near
the end.
