Log: N3FJP's CQ WW DX Contest Log Ver 5.5

To begin with, I beat my goal of a 25% higher score than last year -- the
"YCCC
Improvement Award" enticement.

I had a hard stop at 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, so my low band time was

limited by more than my meager antennas. I did get some time in on Friday
night
and late Saturday (and even around 4 AM Sunday morning) but 80 seemed VERY
noisy
and a LP sig on 40 with a low dipole doesn't do well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how 15 was alive both afternoons -- it was my
best
band, even with just a rotatable dipole. 10 even opened better than expected.

When 20 was humming, I did hit 75/hour a couple of times, a new high for me.

73 -- Larry -- W1DYJ
