Comments:

This was the maiden contest voyage of the new station in Arizona, albeit a micro
effort. We had out of town guests for the Thanksgiving weekend and I was
finalizing the towers during the daylight hours in preparation for the final
county inspection scheduled for later this week, so very limited time in the
chair. I was mostly curious how the 40M antenna would play, so that's where I
spent my time. Plus, it's currently the only one that rotates - think I have
some rotor wires crossed on the other tower - need to fix that before the 10M
contest.

For the most part I was wearing my DXer hat, all Qs S&P. Working AH0K 4
hours after local sunrise Sunday morning was a kick. Also hearing and working
lots of loud EU stations before 3pm local (nearly 3 hours before sunset) on
Sunday afternoon was pretty cool too.

It has been over a year in the making and I'm extremely happy to finally get
back on the air "for real".
