That was a lot of fun...
My wife let me slide on the ranch chores so I was able to put more time into
playing radio.
The new IC-7610 worked well. I was able to pull out calls and reports through a
lot of junk that I could not have done before.
I noticed a lot of people were off frequency, some completely outside of my pass
band!!??!! And the tuner-up'ers... And the "Pse Copy" guys...
It was nice that there was very little band noise on all bands.
Only two dups came by this morning - not too bad, I was expecting more in the
new day.
I tried sending a bunch of CQs on 10 Meters fairly often but not a peep.
And Jeff, I always sent a QRL? request before any CQs. At least three of us did
this...
Thanks for all of the Qs and KBs.
Bill
