Comments:
Trouble with antenna switching in the evening. To get to the switch at the tower
base I had to stumble around the snow in the dark and -20C temperature using a
flashlight. I stuck the flashlight in a snowdrift to see the cables and then
moved them around until I was able to once again use my 40 and 80 meter
antennas. Ain't contesting fun. At least the coyotes kept their distance.
Now that I have decent antennas I have to relearn how to split my time between
running and hunting. I never thought I'd ever say something like this, but my 40
meter yagi is too high for working NA.
