Great contest as always. Where was Delaware??? North Dakota I can understand.
. . but Delaware???? Same problem with DE in RTTY RU last weekend
Interesting that 10m opened very briefly; first worked VE3EJ plus K6IJ; then
half an hour later, K9BGL was a strong S-7 for just a few minutes.
