I didn't know how much time I would be able to spend, but the runs were good
when I was there.
My new ICOM IC-7610 won't tune the low loaded 80m diple like the Yaesu FTDX-5000
would. I installed an LDG extenal tuner which gets me down to the RTTY/FT8 part
of the band, but I need to lengthen the antenna so that the center is closer to
3550 KHz than 3630 KHz (where it is now). So I was off 80m this time, and I
heard conditions were good!
