Comments:
A thank you to the European stations for the extra patience. Sometimes a dit
will get lost on the trip across the Atlantic and I have to ask for a repeat.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
The transmit antenna was a full size vertical with eight elevated radials. The
receive antennas were a northeast/southwest 1000 foot reversible Beverage and
2/3 of a 600 foot west Beverage. It seems a porcupine chewed off the last 200
feet off this antenna sometime after the ARRL 160 contest. Of course I walked
the west beverage immediately AFTER the contest was over.
Also, thanks to NK8Q for the great operating and taking his portion of the
aggregated noise that comes with a 160 contest.
