Comments:
Serious RF problems in the shack developed between the XYL's WPX RTTY and the DX
CW contests somewhat limited operating time...no idea why it was hapening. The
computer locking up made operating on 15 very difficult but The band did not
open much so little was lost. 20 was almost RF free and was very nice to EU even
with just the driven element from a TA-3. Next year, if all goes to plan, we
will have a tower and the TA-3 up at this hilltop location. That should make 20
very, very, good! The antenna on 80/40 is a 102-foot G5RV which I would like to
upgrade for next year if space can be found for a larger antenna. Thanks for all
the Qs...that was fun
