20m seemed to be barely open from US Mainland to Hawaii. My noise was about S3
in the 500Hz filter, strongest sigs were Hank W6SX, Scotty W7SW and Bill K0MP
all at about S5. Thanks, hope to do a little better at 0300 on 40m!
