Comments:
Had oral surgery 3 hours before beginning of contest. Pain meds had kicked in
and I'd planned on using WA7AN call, but K9DR came out of my mouth first 20, or
so QSOs, before I realized what I was doing! Oh, well, just kept going with K9DR
since QTH doesn't matter in this contest. Mostly did S&P to keep the pain
down until late Sunday when I had a pretty good run late in the contest. As a
side note, it's interesting how relatively rare some of those formerly commons
prefixes have become in this contest. Bob, K7JQ was my first K7 prefix on
Sunday afternoon. WA7NB was my only WA7 and I worked only one WA6 in the last
half hour of the contest.
