Comments:

Conditions seemed very poor on Saturday. Sunday, 6 meters was kind of up and
down but a lot better overall than Saturday. Ran a CW frequency several times
and got a few calls as a result but S & P seemed to work better with my puny
station. Made some FT8 QSO's but many stations were not using the NA VHF
Contest mode setting and this resulted in many blown QSO's. When the other
station was also in the contest mode, the exchanges worked perfectly and
quickly. Used 100 watts to a GP vertical and a 30 meter dipole (through a
Palstar Auto tuner) with the dipole outperforming the GP. Not much propagation
to the west from this location.
