Comments:

Saturday evening was great as far as no noise, but nothing further west than OK.
Got NP2J in the log for my lone 10 pointer and packed it in by 11:30 so I could
get up early for the west coast.

Well I got out to the shack at 5AM Sunday and started calling CQ but quickly
realized I couldn't hear a damn thing because to the big thunderstorm in the MI
Upper Peninsula! Had callers but couldn't pull them out. Sorry, I had to break
Rule 6 and switch to assisted mode (RBN) to see who was out there and not waste
my early morning. Not winning any plaques here, but wanted to see how I was
getting out and hand out some more Qs. Doing that I worked a few west coast
stations with one call including K7RL in CM88 (just south of Vancouver). No
wind towers turning this morning, so without the storm it would have been
perfect. Bummer. Still found K7RL and KV4FZ for 10 pointers. N7YK (DM26) was a
9 pointer. The 200ft S and W BOGs worked great for RX.

Thanks for Qs and to Boring ARC for a great contest and chance to dust off the
key in June. Totally forgot about the Spring Stew...another bummer.
