Comments:

Even with no bonuses and lots of 0 point 1D Q's, I still managed over 1K points
in a pretty short time. For guys covering the high bands, Saturday was the agony
and Sunday was the ecstasy! My only QSO's on 15/10 Saturday around 22Z were
locals W3AO and W4IY and a lone OK station on 10 phone. Except for no extremely
short skip, the sporadic E opening on Sunday was one for the record books! I got
a sense for the first time in many years of how many many CA stations are on the
air for FD. They were thick as flies on both modes on 15 and also worked quite a
few on 10 via probable double hop Es. Between 10 and 15, I worked all of the USA
ARRL sections west of the Mississippi along with several BC and two MB on 15.
Also on 10/15 worked a few 1's, QC, many 8's and 9's, and all of the 4th area
sections. I actually was able to run at a sustained high rate on 15 CW for about
a half hour or so and have never heard so much FD activity 10 on CW. Things were
so good Sunday that once I started that I only briefly stopped to get dressed
and put off lunch until after 18Z.

It was a blast! And to top it off, between 2022Z-2105Z Sunday, I worked 16
European QSO's on 10M SSB, 1 on 10 CW! Log is uploaded to LOTW, and all QSL's
will be answered, SASE preferred. Will also upload soon to QRZ. Thanks for the
QSO's.

73, Jeff
