Comments:
I started a bit late after helping the painter do some prep work around the
house and out buildings - it was getting HOT out there...
Signals seemed quite weak on the upper bands for the first few hours and I just
couldn't get a decent run going - I was nodding off between CQs.
I need to thank my wife for letting me play radio while she was packing and
rearranging the bedrooms. With the noise level near or at zero, I could hear
better than many stations that didn't hear my reply. I had a perfect print but
they kept on CQing.
I sent out a bunch of "KB"s so, thank you for the contacts.
Bill
