Comments:
FTDX-5000, AL-1200, 3 element parasitic vertical array, 2 beverages. The
propagation was very unusual for 40 meters. I was able to work an EA 3 hours
before sunset. I also worked a VK 1.5 hours after sunrise. What was strange was
the propagation was worse before sunrise in darkness. I worked no JA stations on
Sunday until the sun came up. I had to may obligations to do an all band entry
this year. I appreciate all the contacts. This is still one of my most favorite
contests.
