Comments:

Started contesting at FN04na, 1100 fasl. Had a great run of qso's, with 13 in
first hour and 8 more in next 30 minutes. Tried hard to work west, and furthest
was EN91. The 6 furthest were WW2Y, AA2UK, N3RG, K1TEO in FN04 and KC3BVL, then
K1TEO in FN03 all over 500 km. Got a total of 11 in FN03, and note much lower
participation after 9 pm in Sprints. Went qrt at 10 pm.

It was great to have VE3FHM/R out covering grids EN93, EN94 and FN03, the only
other rover out in range to work. Thanks Graham for 3 qso's.

For the number crunchers I offer the following:

Average odx/qso is 196 km

6 qso's - 500 to 600 km
0 qso's - 400 to 500 km
5 qso's - 300 to 400 km

The mystery is the blank from 400 to 500 km.

Equipment - Icom 910H 75W no preamp to FO 22 elmts at 9'

Thanks to the sponsors, and to all who participated and gave out points, much
appreciated. Looking forward to next year.

73,

Bill VE3CRU/R
