Comments:
Planned to go all band until the ice storm killed my 160M antenna. Decided then
to do 20 only so I could get some sleep. As it turned out, the band closed at
early both nights - got plenty of sleep. The first night netted all of 10 Q's
in 60 minutes. Managed to find a good frequency on Saturday AM and had 2 150
hours (doesn't happen often here). That kept me motivated. Saturday was mostly
run, Sunday was almost all click and pounce. Did much better than I expected.
Some brutal pileups on Sunday.
K3 - Dishtronix Amp
4 ele yagi at 80' & 4 element tribander at 40' pointed south most of the
weekend.
