Comments:
The 2nd installment of 2018-19 season N2RJ M/2 @K2TTT in the books. A great time
had by all. This time we welcomed Andy, KC2GOW. Andy proved to be a much welcome
addition to the team with good running skills.
The mult position was low power, just like in SSB. We tried an amp on the mult
station but had an SWR issue, and only 120v was available for it anyway.
Otherwise we had a mostly good weekend. We looked for 10m but only got a couple
of US stations. Saturday night Zev came and ran on Saturday to Sunday, which
pushed us past the 5M mark.
We had some weird propagation where a bunch of odd stuff was coming in from
different directions, long path. 160 was pretty amazing on Saturday night, wide
open to Europe.
A good score and lots of fun. GO FRC! See you in the next one...
