Comments:
SOOO glad I went ahead and got on Friday night. Turns out band were open way
past sunset. Almost decided to wait and just work all day Sat and Sunday. I
would have to say 80% of my log came from Friday nights openings. Upper Midwest,
and Florida primarily. Sat and Sun were very slow, and what short openings came
through were just that, very short lived. Could get 5 or 6 folks worked and the
band would be silent. Worked a few South American stations and most of my XE
stations called me, got about 6 of those and 3 different mults. Absolutely love
this contest, it is so unpredictable and exciting after hours of nothing to be
bombarded with signals that I cant work fast enough. Thanks for all the Q's
