Interesting experience. An hour before starting, I had to give up on my efforts
to get my Carolina windom back in the air. I thought that probably meant no 80
meters, but discovered that the tuner in my new KPA-1500 would work with just
exciter power, and I was able to feed my 40M 1/2 wave sloper on 80.
Good to see so many old friends - a favorite part of NAQP - including PVRC pal
Bill, KP4/K3WA for my only DX mult.
