Comments:
FT8 was key to all 6 meter contacts. I was astonished when 6Meter FT8 signals
were +10 to +15 with multiple decodes... then I went to SSB to find NO ONE!!!!!
I hope the June VHF contest is not all FT8..... we need the QSO rate to be much
higher. All in all, I was pleased to be back on the air doing contests. I met a
lot of old friends bringing back great memories. With the coming of ICOM's 9700
and a capability of EASY FT8 on 2m, 432 etc., June VHF will be a challenge.
