Comments:
Thanks for the QSOs. All are appreciated.
Forty was very good for the 1900Z session. Propagation was good as back to back
stations worked were California and Canary Islands. The 100th station worked
was, Steve, VK7CW. However, Steve was the second VK worked as VK2BJ, Barry, was
worked earlier. Both stations had good signals. First European station worked,
G0MGM - Rob, was a surprise to me not expecting being called by a station in
Europe this early in the afternoon (LT). Of course EA8OM, Heijo, was excellent
copy on his FB signal.
The real surprise was being able to do all this with a dipole at 20 ft. Sure
1500 Watts helps, but only one way.
Thanks once more for all the QSOs. Hope to have as much fun in the 0300Z
session!
73,
Mike, K4GMH
