Rotor wouldn't turn until Sunday afternoon. It was stuck at 322-deg
I mostly worked US/VE Multipliers with a few DX that could hear me until Sunday
afternoon when I checked and the darn thing turned. We had 3" of rain
earlier
in the week followed by single-digit temperatures so I suspect ice.
