Conditions were pretty good this weekend. No 10m, but 15m was going for a while.
My faithful Kenwood was out of service, so I used my IC-706mkII mobile rig,
driving my ACOM 1000 to 400W. With no rig control or amp keying for my mobile
rig, I had to manually enter frequency, and footswitch the amp keying. So, it
was a bit clunky, but workable. I will be getting interface cabling for the
mobile rig, for future outings.
