Comments:

Excellent conditions this year. too bad it's the bottom of the cycle. Band
opened just at sunrise and closed 30 minutes after sunset. Not enough common
daylight hours for Europe. JA were spotty as usual. Some surprise openings. Zone
17 and 18 over the north pole and super signals from Europe and the middle east
3 hours after their sunset. Guess that most of Europe went to the low bands.
Tried 160 just for fun and found that it was the best opening to Europe for the
season. One CQ produced 20 Europeans with some well over S9!
Easy to get pileups from Europe because many are configured for DXspider. Great
new technology.
